Amend Technology Pty Ltd is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes our software may not meet your needs or expectations. As a result, we have established this refund policy to ensure that our customers are treated fairly and with respect. This policy is applicable to all transactions processed through Stripe, our chosen payment processor.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within the first 30 days of their subscription period ("Refund Period"). To be eligible for a refund, you must:
  • Request the refund within the Refund Period.
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • Have used the software service in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and not have violated any of its provisions.

Refund requests received after the Refund Period will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team through our website. You will need to provide: 
  • Your full name and email address associated with your account.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant information, such as screenshots or error messages, to support your request.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of a refund request, our Customer Support Team will review your case and determine your eligibility for a refund. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or the payment processor, Stripe. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance.

Recurring Subscriptions
 
If you have a recurring subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel it before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for subsequent billing cycles if you fail to cancel your subscription in time. To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided in the account settings of our SaaS platform or contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

Exceptions

In certain cases, we may offer refunds beyond the 30-day Refund Period or for reasons not outlined in this policy. These exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
